I personalise coaching for every person and work with you to determine your needs and ideal outcomes. We’ll create a tailored coaching plan which forms the foundation for our coaching and enables you to track your progress along the way. You’ll see results very quickly.

Probably! We’ll agree what will work best for you. Anything I share will be designed to fit your goals and deepen your insights and growth. Examples are leadership models, career-related exercises and tools to bring new insights and perspectives. 

Coaching is partnering together to create the best conditions for your quality thinking. I’ll offer you both support and challenge, helping you go beyond your current thinking to generate new perspectives and amazing results. We will have regular check-ins to review your progress and ensure you’re on track.

This is really up to you. Career Coaching can be around 6 months, whereas Executive Coaching can be up to a year or more. There’s no fixed timeframe – we’ll agree upfront on a timeline that fits your ideal outcomes and budget. You are able to stop at any time.

Coaching sessions take place online, with slots starting from 8:00am to 5:30pm. If you’re based in the West Midlands, we can explore options for meeting in person.

I’m fully committed to supporting you and prioritising your success. The real results will depend on your dedication and actions. You’re in the driving seat, and your progress will reflect your commitment. I will be there to support you throughout.

Career Coaching is an investment in your personal and professional growth. A package of six sessions starts from £1,050, depending on the type of coaching you want. There are no hidden or unexpected costs.

Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer and payment plans are available.
