Maximise promotion readiness with ‘Elevate’

My signature one-to-one coaching programme ‘Elevate’ supports candidates through all aspects of a challenging partner promotion process, accelerating their progress and readying them to take on the challenges at the next level. 

Elevate is tailored to your promotion process and your candidates’ development needs. Here is an idea of what it covers: 

The programme provides a confidential space for self-reflection, learning and open discussion. It includes relevant leadership models, DISC profile, models and exercises where relevant. Candidates receive encouragement, support and challenge with valuable insights that accelerates their personal growth and boosts self-confidence. 

Typically, the programme is for partner candidates on track to be promoted within the next 12-24 months. It’s suitable for both first time candidates and those who were in the process previously but were not quite ready. 

Yes, Elevate can be tailored to support promotions to Director and Senior Manager and for senior leaders from other sectors. Simply contact me for more details. 

Elevate is tailored to tailored to your promotion process timelines and your candidate’s development needs. I would normally look to work with a candidate for 12 months or more. To make a meaningful difference, it would require a minimum of 6 months. At the start of the programme, we’ll work together to agree on a timeline that suits you.

Customised 360 feedback reviews can be included into the programme for an additional fee. Unlike standard automated surveys, this approach involves conducting in-depth interviews with a candidate’s key stakeholders. This allows for a richer, more nuanced understanding of their true impact. The process goes beyond surface-level observations and lays a solid foundation for meaningful and lasting behavioural change. It ensures that development efforts are targeted, effective, and aligned with the candidate’s development needs.

From my 15-year career at PwC in Operations and HR, I understand the professional services environment and have a deep understanding of the opportunities, challenges, and risks that firms face. Since qualifying as a coach in 2017, I have coached many people within professional services including successful promotions to partner, director and senior manager.

Slots start from 8:00am to 6:30pm. I aim to work with people’s busy schedules as much as possible.

Coaching sessions are usually online, but depending on your budget, we can explore options for meeting in person (I am based in the West Midlands).
