Having a facilitator present at your meetings can significantly improve your business meetings and increase the level of collaboration within your groups and teams. So many meetings are badly run and ineffectively chaired, causing frustration and wasted time.
As a facilitator, I bring structure, consistency and challenge to meetings, making sure that everyone’s voice is heard and that meeting goals are achieved. No more poorly run meetings!

We recently engaged Rachael to facilitate our annual Managers meeting with a view to opening our teams minds to examining their own, and other, management styles and to identify any areas for change/improvement.
Rachaels’ easy going and personable style proved very effective for this audience. Her interactive and humorous approach, rather than a teacher-student scenario, worked very well for our team. A mix of delivery methods also helped the day flow effectively.

My Training Experience
My training and facilitation experience began during my 15-year career at PwC, one of the Big 4 accountancy firms. I gained significant experience in facilitation, training and skills development, designing and leading many workshops and residential developmental events.
That experience was invaluable in setting up my own coaching and training business in 2017. I’ve designed and led workshops, facilitated at Away Days for Managers and Senior Leaders (notably The University of Birmingham), along with events for graduates.
I’m an established member of Toastmasters International, world leaders in Communication and Leadership Development, a qualified coach, DiSC assessor and NLP Master Practitioner.
